For the handmade products, the process time to prepare an order for shipping varies. Normally estimated 3 - 7 days to ship out.

Standard delivery by Local post  that times 1 - 4 weeks depend on location.

- Asia Pacific 7 - 10 Days.

- Western Europe 9 - 12 Days.

- USA & North America 10 - 14 Days

- Rest of the World 14 - 21 Days

- Canada zone 4 - 5 weeks in some circumstances.

 

 

Express Delivery

Express delivery by DHL express that take times 3 - 7 days arrive. Shipping fee depend on location and weight start US $23

RETURNS and EXCHANGE

If you bought does not meet your expectations, please notify me for refund within 5 days after receiving. The buyer has responsibility for the shipping costs.

In the case of wrong items. We prefer full refund. Please return the item in their original package, in new and unused condition.

We not accept to return in personalised product, custom order, name engraved, except for the faulty production from us.
